- Serviceable location limitations

3. Shipping Coverage
- We ship across most serviceable locations in India.
- Delivery availability may vary based on your pin code.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Any additional charges (such as COD charges, if applicable) will also be shown at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours to become active.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected products and locations only.
- COD availability depends on pin code and order value.
- Additional COD charges may apply (shown at checkout).
- OTP or call verification may be required before dispatch.
7. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Orders
- Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
- Smartecarts is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
- Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
8. Address Accuracy
- Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.
- Re-delivery due to incorrect address may attract additional charges.
9. Partial Shipments
- Items from the same order may be delivered separately.
- Tracking details will be shared for each shipment where applicable.
