· All products are subject to availability.
· Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment or order verification.
· In some cases, items from the same order may be delivered separately.
· Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, supplier availability, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Payments
· All prices on Smartecarts are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
· Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
· Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or additional fees are calculated and shown before order confirmation.
· Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and authorized.
4. Shipping & Delivery
· Estimated delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed.
· Delays may occur due to operational, logistical, or external factors beyond our control.
· Once an order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
· Smartecarts is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages after dispatch.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Terms 🔥
· COD is available only on selected products and serviceable locations.
· Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).
· OTP verification or confirmation call may be required before order dispatch.
· Orders may be cancelled if verification is unsuccessful.
· Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.
· Smartecarts reserves the right to approve or decline COD orders at its discretion.
6. 4-Day Easy Return Policy
We offer a 4-Day Easy Return on eligible products.
Return Conditions:
· Return requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
· Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
· Certain items are non-returnable, including:
o Customized products
o Perishable goods
o Personal care or hygiene items
➡ All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon receipt.
Refunds:
· Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
· Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
· Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
